Recording every thing that strikes my fancy has been a pastime I’ve been a part of for years. It first began when my mom taught me the art of recording my favorite films and TV exhibits onto VHS tapes from our VCR — in a completely authorized way, after all, heh — and just grew from there. But this can be a new age. Those old VHS tapes are outdated, primitive, problematic, and hulking. DVD’s are the new device of choice. So, suffice it to say, it was time to step it up a notch. And with the appearance of the DVD Recorder/VCR combo, the proverbial notch has been stepped.
Not all DVDs are suitable for your complete household, so pay attention to rankings once you buy a new title. G-rated movies are meant for general audiences, and so they don t embody any nudity, violence or substance-abuse scenes. PG … Read more
